00:00Pinoy pole vault star EJ Obiena aims to qualify for the 2025 World Indoor Championships in China slated this March.
00:08Despite bagging gold medals in two different tournaments, Obiena still needs to jump higher to reach the 2025 World Indoor Championships.
00:17The world-ranked No. 4 pole vault fell flat to hit the 5.85m qualification standard on his previous tournaments.
00:25But chances are still strong for Obiena as there are still eight tournaments in line before the World Championships.
00:32Obiena opened the season with 5.65m in the Springer International Jump in Germany and 5.70m in the last meeting Moselle Athlère in France to win gold.
