00:17the long-awaited dream of the farmers of Nyog and Residente
00:21of Barangay La Libertad, Pulangyuta, Tulatulahan,
00:25and Tipolo in the town of Kapatagan,
00:27as well as Barangay Calube in Sultan Naga de Maporo, Lanao del Norte.
00:31The 1.8-kilometer concrete access road has been officially planned
00:36that will provide a faster, safer, and more affordable trip
00:41for hundreds of families and farmers.
00:43The target of this paved road is to change the lives of 1,224 families
00:50or the estimated 4,964 individuals,
00:53especially the 871 farmers of Nyog,
00:57whose primary livelihood is the production of wool and copper.
01:00In the past, the trip to the center of the town took up to two hours,
01:05but now, because the road is already paved,
01:07it only takes 30 to 45 minutes.
01:12This road is not only paved,
01:15but it is also a way for the farmers
01:20to be able to help their families
01:22and to be able to help the people who live here.
