00:04It's a new phenomena, you know, since COVID.

00:09Show up to work in person like the rest of us.

00:12So, I mean, it doesn't work when you don't show up.

00:15And I see companies now are all going back to it.

00:17They're all going back. It's great.

00:19I watch some of the big business leaders saying,

00:20we absolutely are going back.

00:22You can't work at home.

00:23They're not working.

00:25They're playing tennis, they're playing golf,

00:26or they have other jobs, but they're not working

00:29or they're certainly not working hard.

00:31You could never build a company or a country with that.

00:34So we have a very strong policy.

00:36And if they don't show up to work, they get fired.
