00:00Are you doing something because you desire to do it or are you doing something because you must do it?

00:05And remember this mustness is not a thing of duty or external pressure or moral responsibility.

00:12This mustness does not come from those places.

00:14It's not about saying you must help your neighbor or you must be kind to people.

00:19No, not that kind of mustness.

00:22We aren't talking moral science here.

00:24It is a very different mustness.

00:25It comes from realization.

00:28We said it proceeds from the core of understanding.

00:30Having really understood, now a few things become totally unavoidable.

00:36Once you know you are helpless, you must do.

00:38You may even have a desire to roll back the reel and say,

00:42well, you know, I don't know at all because I do not know.

00:45So I'm now free from the obligation of mustness.

00:48But now you know and you cannot unknow what you know.

00:52That is the thing about understanding.
