00:00Making yourself happy is not at all an example of loving yourself.

00:06Love does not bother for happiness.

00:08Love bothers for rightness, for elevation.

00:11Self-gratification fattens the self.

00:15Self-elevation dissolves the self.

00:17All we want is accumulation and further accumulation.

00:22Self-love is an exercise in reduction, not further accumulation.

00:27But be it love towards somebody else or love towards oneself, real love is always tough.

00:35False love is very lucrative, very charming, oh there is such a romance around it.

00:40But then that romance is hardly love.

00:43Real love tests, real love stretches, breaks.

00:46When you help someone else's life take a beautiful shape, then you are loving the other.

00:51When you help your own life turn beautiful, then you are loving yourself.

00:57That's love.
