Footballer's wife turns football shirts into puffer jackets for £180 a pop

Julie Herman, wife of Shrewsbury Town midfielder Funso Ojo, has launched a business transforming customers’ football shirts into bespoke puffer vests.

Selling for £180 each, her brand, Rose Ojo, upcycles old jerseys into unique fashion pieces.

Inspired by NFL custom designs, she started by repurposing her husband’s shirts and now fulfills custom orders.

Julie, a fashion graduate, aims to expand her business beyond puffer vests to include accessories and bags.
