00:04This is because of the sudden rains, especially in the afternoons until the evenings.

00:09So let's find out the updates on the weather from weather specialist, Veronica Torres.

00:17Good day to you and to our viewers on TPB4.

00:21Today, we are expecting a shear line that will bring heavy rain

00:26and isolated thunderstorms in mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Aurora.

00:31North-east monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rain in Cordillera Administrative Region

00:36and the southern part of Cagayan Valley.

00:38Heavy rainfall and heavy rains, flooding and landslides

00:42are expected in Zamboanga Peninsula, Palawan, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Eastern Visayas,

00:47Caraga, Sorsogon, and Davao Oriental.

00:50In the locus region, we are expecting better weather

00:53with low rainfall in Metro Manila,

00:56but there are chances of localized thunderstorms.

00:59So, chances of localized thunderstorms are possible in Metro Manila

01:03every afternoon until evening.

01:23We also have high gale warnings in the eastern seaboard of Northern Luzon

01:27so, if possible, do not go to that area

01:30because it will be dangerous to the ocean.

01:33We also have a weather advisory that was updated earlier at 11am

01:37where heavy to intense rains will be possible this afternoon

01:41and possible in Isabela and moderate to heavy rains in Cagayan, Quirino, and Aurora.

01:46We are not monitoring for low pressure area or thunderstorms

01:49in or near our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:52For the three-day weather outlook,

01:55here in Metro Manila, we are expecting

01:58although there are chances of localized thunderstorms,

02:01in the next three days, there are chances of low rainfall

02:04and fair weather conditions.
