00:09that almost crashed into a BIFAR aircraft in Bajo de Masinloca.

00:14According to the Philippine Coast Guard Spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea, Commodore J. Tariela,

00:20the PLA Navy Helicopter with tail number 68 almost hit the BIFAR aircraft.

00:28Tariela said that this is a violation of international aviation regulations.

00:33Bajo de Masinloca is located 124 nautical miles from Masinloca, Zambales, or in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines.

00:42The Philippines plans to hold diplomatic protests against China because of the incident.
