00:00The annual celebration of the Singkamas Festival in Zambales is now ready.

00:06It is dedicated to celebrating the grand parade, street dancing,

00:10and other activities to strengthen tourism and support local farmers.

00:23The 21st Singkamas Festival in San Marcelino, Zambales will be held this February 18 to 23.

00:33According to the designated municipal tourism officer, Micaela Marie Labio,

00:38this is a weekly celebration that showcases the culture and tradition of the town.

00:44The purpose of this is to celebrate our ancestral heritage,

00:47to thank the government, to strengthen local tourism,

00:51and to help our businessmen and farmers.

00:54Farmers and vendors night, drum and lyre competition,

01:01Singkamas Festival concert, grand civic parade, and grand street dancing competition will be held.

01:07From a simple celebration, the Singkamas Festival becomes a great celebration of hard work,

01:14culture, and unity of the people of San Marcelino.
