00:00The PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group charged the former President Rodrigo Duterte with inciting to sedition and unlawful utterances.

00:09This is in line with Duterte's statement that only 15 senators were killed in order to have a vacancy to endorse his candidates.

00:18According to PNP CIDG Chief Major General Nicolás Torre III, the former President should not ignore the so-called words of the former President.

00:27Meanwhile, Justice Secretary Jesús Crispin Remulla said that it is up to the National Bureau of Investigation to decide on Duterte's incitement.

00:37As a part of the police, the Department of Justice does not want to react to the statements of the former President.
