00:11The Php 14.92 million farm-to-market road in Barangay Tagpo, Ligao City,
00:17improves access to rice farmlands, making transportation to and from markets more efficient.
00:24Meanwhile, in Barangay Bantayan, Tabaco City, DPWH also expanded a section of the Ligao-Tabaco
00:31Road from two to four lanes. The Php 19.80 million project is expected to ease traffic ingestion
00:38and includes drainage systems and solar-powered streetlights for improved road safety.
00:44DPWH Regional Office 5 Director Virgilio Eduardo said,
00:49These projects align with the government's push for agricultural and infrastructure development
00:54under President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. With these improvements, Albay's farmers
