00:00The DAP veterans claim that there is a hidden agenda in the party leadership

00:06that wants to weaken the influence of the leaders of Lingguan Eng and his team.

00:10According to them, the step involves the kick-out kick-siang campaign in the late 90s

00:16which saw a group on the island of Penang try to get rid of the kick-siang league from the state DAP leadership

00:22along with the DAP's poor performance at the PRU in 1995.

00:27Leader Akar Umbi S. Milamikan said that some of the leaders who tried to get rid of Lingguan Eng

00:32seemed to be disconnected from the original struggle of the DAP and influenced by the outside.

00:38He said that there was a hidden agenda in the DAP because there were organized movements to embarrass Lingguan Eng.

00:44He said that his presence on the island of Penang at the end of last week when the event commemorated the kick-siang service to the DAP

00:51has sparked rumors that there is an open dispute in the DAP

00:56between Lingguan Eng's group and the other party led by the DAP leader of Penang, Steven Sim.

01:02Milamikan said that the DAP needed Lingguan Eng's support,

01:06as well as the efforts of the great Sir Fook and Knight, the leader of Ngakoming, to clean up the party

01:11because many young leaders tried to betray the leaders who built the DAP.

01:17He also warned that if the outside forces control the DAP,

01:21the party will risk losing its principles and struggle to uphold justice.
