00:00The main expressways in Luzon will be cashless from March 15.

00:07The Toll Regulatory Board explained that a few months of dry runs in the cashless or contactless transaction program has ended.

00:14According to the TRB, the vehicles passing through the toll plazas must have an electronic toll collection or RFID.

00:22The TRB is planning to issue a show-cost order to vehicles without RFID due to violation of the No Valid ETC Device No Entry Policy.

00:33Not even the TRB will allow motorists to install RFIDs in loading stations, toll plazas, inside and outside the expressways.
