00:00Dubai's GDRFA has said that it has activated a service to issue a prior online entry permit

00:19to travellers who are living in the GCC to ensure a smooth entry into the UAE.

00:24However, to apply for the online service, you do need to meet certain conditions.

00:291. You should have a valid residence permit issued by a GCC country for at least a year.

00:362. There should be no restrictions that prevent you from entering the country.

00:413. Your work or residency card needs to include the profession.
