00:09There are various ways in which you can track your family, employment and visit visa application.

00:13But first you will need the application number, the reference number, your date of birth and

00:20your passport number.

00:22But make sure you check your status depending on the emirate in which you have applied for

00:26the visa.

00:27If you have applied for a visa in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm al-Quwain or

00:32Ras al-Khaimah, then you need to check the status online through the Federal Authority

00:37for Citizenship and Identity, also known as the ICA.

00:41If you have applied for a visa in Dubai, then you have to use the website of the General

00:46Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs, also known as the GDRFA.

00:51They are tasked to deal with and respond to all UAE visa-related rules, applications,

00:56queries and concerns for Dubai residents.

00:59If you have applied for a UAE visit visa, then you should use the same portals to check
