00:00The relationship is really excellent between two countries and it's only going up and actually I
00:04remember during one of the discussions we had one of the very high UAE authorities was saying
00:11that having witnessed this relationship for decades it's maybe the one which was constantly
00:18going up because of this element of trust and because of the things that we've been able to
00:24do together. What this visit showed was that first there's not only this to the relationship
00:31and second that we're increasing steadily and sometimes in very structural elements. During
00:37this visit we signed three agreements on space but we already had a vibrant space cooperation.
00:45We have education, health, in which we are doing an important agreement between the Pasteur
00:52Institute and the Abu Dhabi Health Authorities and then we're also working in a number of other
00:57areas particularly renewables and hopefully one day nuclear. I'd like to know a little bit more
01:04if you could elaborate on the health aspect you know what exactly would be the agreement between
01:09Pasteur Institute and Abu Dhabi Health Authority. So this agreement between the two institutions
01:16will allow to work on a number of fields particularly R&D, pandemics prevention
01:28and also what we call mobility so the possibility for researchers to come over here and back
01:36and maybe one day also to have a sort of regional hub function. We're still at the onset of this
01:42cooperation but I'm very proud of it and I think it's going to yield
01:46a lot of things in the future so I want to place to put a lot of energy in it.
