00:00Enoch Group have unveiled the service station of the future, located at the Expo 2020 site.

00:08The station will support the logistical needs of Expo 2020's fleet ahead of the global

00:12event and will serve the general public at District 2020.

00:17The service station's design is inspired by the rich heritage of the UAE's traditions

00:22in the form of its national tree, the RAF.

00:25It is also the first station in the region to incorporate an on-grid wind turbine for

00:30power generation and carbon fiber in the construction of its canopy.

00:35The new iconic service station systems have been deployed to enhance energy conservation.

00:42The station is also equipped with drinkable air units that use ozonation techniques to

00:47convert water molecules from humidity in the air into drinkable water for staff on site.

00:54The service station also includes several applications of advanced machine learning,

00:59artificial intelligence, and data analytics technologies that play a role in customizing

01:04services and retail offering for customers.

01:09There will also be vehicle mapping which will be deployed to mark traffic flow to direct

01:14vehicles to the fueling area as well as entry and exits to the station.

01:19It's the first station in the world that has obtained the LEED certificates or LEED

01:27Plutonium certificates.

01:29To reach that level, the service station should give a lot of sustainability, energy savings

01:40and water savings to make it to that level of plutonium certificate.

01:49Also, the design of the station, when we made it as the RAF tree, really it comes from tradition.

02:01Everything in this station represents UAE traditions.

02:05The tree, even the technology we have here also represents the future technology of Dubai.

02:16To reach that level of technology for discipline, for branding, so we believe that we have very

02:26high-tech station and very sustainable station.

02:32So, we think that it's very unique, very special, and it's the first one in the world.
