00:08the programs in Trucon y Bañas, the Minister of Interior Justice and Peace
00:12Diosdado Cabello stated that with a network linked to which three persons
00:17were arrested, the extreme right-wing was seeking to sow a campaign of fear and
00:22uncertainty among young people. In the same program, Cabello pointed out that
00:27part of the resources for this operation were financed by the United States
00:31Agency for International Development, USAID. Furthermore, he assured that the
00:36term Aragua Train is part of a narrative against the country with the objective
00:40of creating an end state to justify an intervention.

01:14were planning to rescue Rocio San Miguel and another detained person from a
01:18clinic when she was taken to be operated on in order to extract them.
