00:00The Bangkota, which is what we call the Philippine Pavilion, is the story of the Filipino migration.
00:15It's a 4,000-year journey of the Filipinos from the Philippines to all the parts of the world, all the corners of the world.
00:22It includes and contains pieces of art, pieces of visual art and music that encapsulates the heritage of the Filipino.
00:30And hopefully, it makes more Filipinos prouder of who they are as a people, thereby showing the rest of the world what they can contribute to a 21st century innovative society such as that of the UAE.
00:43UAE is actually the number one export market of the Philippines here in the Middle East.
00:49So, just by that alone, it's a very important trade investment partner for the country.
00:54We expect a tangible accomplishment from the Expo. That's exactly the reason why we participated in the Expo.
01:01There is, of course, the bigger objective of the Filipino community being the main actor in our participation.
01:10But behind that is really strengthening and nurturing a very strong trade bilateral relations with the UAE government.
