00:03See, what you call as spirituality in English is not the real thing.

00:09Spirituality as most people know it,

00:12Bhutpret, this, that, magical beings, disembodied beings, fancy stuff in the air,

00:17that's what people take as spirituality.

00:20The real thing is self-knowledge.

00:22Self-knowledge is a movement. It's a movement from ignorance to realization.

00:27How does one move to realization?

00:29By making good use of stuff in the world.

00:32So, does one need a Guru? No.

00:34Your very movement from ignorance towards realization is the Guru.

00:39The very urge to not be an ignorant is the teacher.

00:42And when that urge is there,

00:44then you will keep finding suitable teachers at all places, everywhere, at all times.
