00:07According to the police, the MPV driver and the family of the victim have talked and reached an agreement.

00:13The MPV was hit by a man crossing the road in Maragay, San Jose.

00:17The reason was that the man jumped from the other lane and the truck rolled over.

00:23The man was dead on the spot.
