00:06weight loss journey but you feel that you've plateaued and you're doing a lot in terms
00:10of fitness but you're still not losing the weight that you want to, then here's a little
00:15tip. Shock your body. That's right. Shock your body and how do you do that? By two things.
00:21Change your fitness routine and change your diet. These two are very important. You can
00:25also increase the level of your fitness, that helps too. But trying out a new routine
00:33for example can totally change things in your body and help you to knock off those extra
00:39calories and that's exactly what I'm doing here. This Dubai Fitness Challenge, I'm here
00:44at the Kite Beach to try out a new workout. It's called Pound. So Pound is a workout workout.
00:49It's a cardio based drumming session. So basically we are here to help you unleash your inner
00:54rock star. So we use ripsticks which are lightly weighted ripsticks. So they're about
00:59a quarter of a pound each. Slightly heavier than a normal drumstick and basically the
01:04aim of the ripstick is to extend your levers and to make your exercise a little bit more
01:08challenging. So in a Pound class, you do thousands and thousands of strikes with your ripsticks
01:12and that's what helps you tone up as well. Alright, deep breath in. Have a look. It goes
01:19one, two, three, tap and down. Two, three, tap, tap. You guys are looking good. Easy
01:27start to the morning. Tap, tap. Alright, we're going to take it. Hey, keep it up. Alright
01:37guys, that's the easy. Boom, boom. Yeah. Right, hold it. Yeah. Right, hold it. And then we
01:59speed up. One, two, three. Keep going. Let's rock it out this morning.
02:09It's finally cooled down. I am not afraid to challenge.
02:25I've never done this. Oh my god.
02:29I am brave. I am cool. I am cool. I am brave.
02:35Oh my god, it's a wrap. It's a wrap. I am dead. Totally dead.
02:47So it's a wrap. I'm totally dead. I mean, what with working out in the sun and with
02:52me in the Pound for Oil. Thank you so much. It was awesome. I know I've lost a lot of calories.
02:58So what do you want to do with Pound for Oil?
03:02So the plan is to kind of just roll Pound out into the whole of the Middle East.
03:08So we're starting now in Saudi Arabia. I started training next week.
03:12And then the plan is to roll it out into all of the Emirates. So starting with Dubai,
03:16we got the ball rolling. And now it's a plan to go through the entire Middle East.
03:21Everybody needs to know about Pound.
03:23Just for the record, how many calories do you think I burned today?
03:26At least 500. With the sun, at least 500 pounds.
03:30So guys, push yourself for this first month.
03:34I mean, do what you want to do. Get out of your comfort zone and work hard.
