00:00From all the disciplines I have fought, I like boxing more because it's more like a
00:09gentleman's sport. I like how the people who are the ambassadors of the boxing,
00:16how they carry themselves, how they represent the box itself. I grew up
00:20watching Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather, which is a big
00:26name in boxing and I like boxing more because I'm better with my arms,
00:32with my hands and kickboxing is like knees, arms. MMA is also nice to see, nice
00:40to do, but from all the disciplines what lies better to my heart is boxing.
00:44Like Mike Tyson said, if you think this is a tough man's sport, it's
00:50not, you will get really hurt. It's a chess, it's a thinking man's sport
00:57because it's a, how they call it, the sweet science. You have to think how the
01:02opponent moves, how he punches, so it's really a way of representing yourself
01:10like in an art way. So preparing for a fight usually takes three months and I
01:17train at transform altitude, which is strength and conditioning to build up my
01:22stamina and to be sharp. I come here to real boxing only gym and I train three
01:28to four times a week. In between I go to cryo, which is a cryo science and it
01:33helps me to recover faster, to boost and to reset my body. And of course
01:40diet is good, but me as a heavyweight I don't need to, you know, to look much what
01:45I eat, you know, I can eat whatever I want. The three qualities as a boxer must
01:50have, I think, the first one, the most important is self-belief, to believe in
01:54yourself, the confidence, the stamina and the willing to put into the hard work.
01:59It's a dedication, it's a motivation. I'd like to invite everybody to come on
02:04Friday May 3rd in 5 Hotel Palm Jumeirah. Watch me squaring off against
02:10Kabbani jr. It will definitely be a firework and inshallah I will be the
02:15winner. So please come down and watch an amazing fight night.
