Budget carrier flydubai confirmed on Wednesday it will be cancelling 15 flights over the next few days amid operational disruptions after the UAE grounded all Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.

00:09days after the UAE regulator grounded all Boeing 737 MAX aircrafts.

00:15Remember that FlyDubai has about 10 Boeing 737 in its fleet and this move comes after

00:21UAE's regulator said that it won't allow any Boeing 737 to be operated in the airport.

00:30Regulator said that it was a precautionary measure after a similar plane of Ethiopian

00:36airline was fatally crashed.

00:39In other news, the UAE said that it regrets the decision of European Union to include

00:42the country in the tax haven list.

00:45On Tuesday, the EU had added about 17 countries in its tax haven list including the UAE and

00:51neighbouring Oman.

00:52The inclusion was made despite the UAE's close cooperation with the EU on the issue and ongoing

00:58efforts to fulfil all the EU requirements, the state-run WAM news agency said.

01:03The pound strengthened the most among the G10 currencies today.

01:07It strengthened about 0.8% to be at 1.31% against the dollar, bringing the total gains

01:14of the year to 3.6%, making it the best performer among the G10 currencies.

01:19Remember that yesterday, Theresa May's Brexit deal was quashed by the parliament.

01:24Today, the British parliament will decide whether to go into Brexit without a deal or

01:30basically ask for a last minute chance from the European Union to delay the imposition
