00:08A full-sized home that cools itself in the UAE's scorching summer heat was unveiled in

00:13Dubai last week. The two-story, four-bedroom house stands in the headquarters of the office

00:19of Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center. The house's external walls are 61 centimeters thick and

00:25insulated with a combination of polystyrene, gypsum, and fiberglass mesh. The house's in-built

00:31software system regulates lighting, power, temperature, and humidity.

00:36President-elect Donald Trump made his first two key personnel appointments on Sunday.

00:41One was an overture to Republican circles by naming GOP Chief Reince Priebus as his

00:46White House chief of staff. The other is shot across the bow of the Washington establishment

00:51by tabbing news executive Stephen Bannon as chief strategist and senior counselor.

00:57The two men had made up the president-elect's chief of staff shortlist, and while Priebus

01:01received that job, Bannon's post also is expected to wield significant clout.

01:07In sport, Lewis Hamilton survived relentless rain to send this year's F1 World Championship

01:12down to the wire in Abu Dhabi, as he claimed a spectacular victory in the Brazilian Grand

01:18The defending world champion finished ahead of his Mercedes teammate, Nico Rosberg. The

01:22German now needs a podium finish in the UAE on November 27th to seal his maiden title

01:28triumph.

01:30And finally, weather. Today's high across the UAE will be 32 degrees Celsius, dropping
