00:09the top stories at this hour. Two people, including a 15-year-old boy, have been arrested

00:15in Sydney over a terror plot targeting a government building, with authorities expressing alarm

00:20at the age of those being radicalised. The teenager and 20-year-old man were seized at

00:25their homes and charged with one count each of conspiracy to conduct an act in preparation

00:30for a terrorist act. Three others currently in jail were also expected to be charged with

00:34the same offence, police said. Tens of thousands of supporters jammed Argentina's most famous

00:40square Wednesday night to say goodbye to President Cristina Fernandez, who lauded her government's

00:46achievements while blasting the incoming administration. As people cheered on a balmy night, Fernandez

00:52gave a speech that was a clear sign that she does not plan to make it easy for present

00:56elect Mauricio Macri. In sport, Carmen Alonso celebrated her mother's recovery from lung
