00:11The Al-Houthi militia in Yemen has agreed to stop fighting, the United Nations said,

00:15and now a UN envoy is coming to the region to see how Yemen's government will respond.

00:21A UN spokesman said, Al-Houthis accepted a UN Security Council resolution that calls

00:26for an end to violence, withdrawal of their forces from all areas they have seized, and

00:31a halt to undermining the political transition in the country.

00:36An independent lawmaker from Indian Kashmir was beaten up by Sambhartiya Janata Party

00:40legislators in the northern Indian state for throwing a beef party, triggering an uproar

00:46from the opposition, which staged a walkout.

00:49The manhandling of Sheikh Abdul Rashid came on a day the assembly is scheduled to take

00:53up a bill on the banning of meat.

00:56Seth Blatter was on the brink of finally being ousted as FIFA president after its Ethics

01:01Committee moved to suspend him.

01:03Michel Platini was also facing a provisional 90-day ban over a £1.3 million payment he
