00:17Dubai.

00:18I mean, it's insane how beautiful everything is and what I've noticed, it's an amazing

00:24family spot.

00:25I've seen so many families here.

00:26Obviously, I've seen people of all ages, but like the amount of families that are here

00:30is so cool.

00:35I think for now, I'm kind of moving on to different ventures.

00:39You know, as I've said before, music right now is my biggest priority, which is really

00:44exciting for me because it's always been a priority, but it's the first time it's number

00:49one in my life.

00:54I think I've been so lucky to acquire this amazing fan base through Austin & Ally, and

01:00there's no way I would want to just say goodbye to that fan base.

01:04I mean, even here, just meeting adorable children is one of my favorite things ever, honestly.

01:11But obviously, with my music especially, I'm going to try to broaden the age of the fan

01:17base as much as possible, so it's definitely a difficult task, but I think it's 100% possible

01:22to keep the younger audience and still acquire an older audience as well.

01:32I think that's the number one thing when, you know, you're deciding your image for anything.

01:37It's like, you know, you just, the fact of the matter is you have to stay true to yourself,

01:42and for me, staying true to myself means keeping this younger fan base and going older as well.

01:52I'm definitely a pop artist.

01:54I'm, you know, more pop rock.

01:56I'm pop with a little bit of rock into it, so Big Machine, it's really exciting.

02:02We're both kind of excited on both sides.

02:04I'm just really excited, and I feel so lucky to be working with these really incredible,

02:11intelligent smart people, and I think they're excited because they're continuing to venture

02:15into this pop direction, which, as you know, Big Machine is definitely more country.

02:19So it's really, really cool, and, you know, we're currently picking my single, we're currently

02:25picking songs for my album, so it's just a dream come true, honestly.

02:35Well, I think my album will be early next year, in 2016, and my single, you know, it's

02:42the first time, there's some sort of gravity that comes when you're like, this is my single.

02:49I want to make sure it is, like, the best possible song.

02:53I have a lot of songs right now, and there are a lot of great songs that I'm really proud

02:58of, but I just want to make sure that that first song is, like, the one that my younger

03:03fan base can connect to, but also that can definitely garner an older fan base as well.

03:11Two of my favorites, one of my favorites is kind of like, the hook is, you can be my Spider-Man,

03:17and I'll be your Mary Jane, that's called Mary Jane, and it's, I think it's just really

03:21sweet and awesome, and it's, the vibe, the production of the song is really cool.

03:27And then one of my other favorites is Layover, which I'm actually going to be performing

03:31at the Ibn Battuta Mall for the first time, so that, it's obviously, I'm just performing

03:37acoustically, you know, it's not with all the instruments, but I'm really excited, it's

03:40my first time ever performing the song.

03:43I don't know, I know this sounds so disgusting and cheesy, like, I'm so sorry, but honestly,

03:49it is literally just an honor to be nominated.

03:51I'm like, I'm, I wasn't expecting it, I'm so happy, so, you know, if we win any award,

03:58I will be so excited, but I'm also just excited to be nominated.
