00:30but somehow manage to accrue tens of millions of dollars in net worth while they are in that

00:35position, which is, you know, what happened to USAID. We're just curious as to where it came

00:40from. Maybe they're very good at investing, in which case we should take their investment advice

00:44perhaps. But just there seems to be mysteriously they get wealthy. We don't know why. Where does

00:52it come from? And I think the reality is that they're getting wealthy at the taxpayer expense.

00:57That's the honest truth of it.
