00:10at this hour. U.S. President Barack Obama met His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed

00:21to discuss top issues for the Gulf region last night. On the agenda of the discussion

00:26were the Saudi-led air campaign in Yemen, Daesh militants, and negotiation over Iran's

00:31nuclear program. Obama hosted Sheikh Mohammed at the White House amid continuing violence

00:36in Yemen, Syria, and Libya, which has created a refugee crisis. Saudi Arabia has put security

01:48Ethiopia's Lalisa Desisa claimed the Boston Marathon title last night, winning his second

01:53crown in three years. The win came on the eve of the sentencing for convicted marathon

01:57bomber Zoko Zanev. Desisa won the 26-mile race in a time of two hours, nine minutes

02:02and 17 seconds.

02:05And finally, the weather today is high across the UAE. It will be 31 degrees Celsius, dropping
