This method's focus is that the knees and the elbow should be bent so the fist is brought in to the body. Then throwing the fist vertically upwards and hit the target like chin or solar plexus with the knuckles.

This technique is effective when the opponent is at close quarters.

The power of the punch comes from bracing against the floor with the foot on the same side as the side of the punching fist.
