00:18We Filipinos love eating, that's why it prompted us to really go to the places where

00:24there is a large convergence of Filipinos.

00:27It's very phenomenal.

00:28We are serving almost 1,000 customers a day, people are queuing up, they all appreciated

00:34the food.

00:35The success of the brand is that we were able to replicate the food exactly as in Manila.

00:40One of the things that we did make sure was the food is the same as in the Philippines

00:44and we were able to achieve that through trainings in the Philippines.

00:48Actually a big help is some of our crew members were actually brought here just to ensure

00:54that the quality of food is here and the service of course.

00:56That feeling of Filipino hospitality.

00:59I spent around 20-25 days training there in the Philippines, the training was really good.

01:04We had a lot of challenges getting the same supplier and everything.

01:08This is the time for Filipino cuisine to really be highlighted.

01:12We have such a diverse background, we have influence of Spanish, Americans, Chinese.

01:18Our food really is a great heritage in terms of the flavors that we offer.

01:23So I do think that there is a potential to really bring it to the international market.
