00:19It's a wonderful experience.

00:21It's been very professionally done and very, very happy to have been down here for the

00:25first time in fact.

00:26The 9th edition of the 3-Day Food Showcase saw presentations, cooking demonstrations

00:31and giveaways from different companies, fine dining restaurants and celebrity chefs.

00:36I love the atmosphere.

00:37I think it's very buzzing and you know I love the band thing and the weather is good.

00:43So, yeah.

00:44Perfect weather, yes.

00:45Perfect weather for it.

00:46And the food is lovely.

00:47Yeah, the kids can come.

00:48It's not just formal.

00:49They don't bring kids.

00:50Yeah.

00:51And different nationalities and casual, formal.

00:52It's fun.

00:54I would like to see more sort of exotic restaurants like there was a standard sort of Thai, Italian.

01:01Maybe something slightly more offbeat would be nice.

01:04Nearly 20 restaurants and dozens of food vendors and exhibitors took part in the event.
