00:00I think Rajkumar Gupta came to us with the respective roles, which we liked and therefore
00:11we did the film.
00:12We both are happy with the way the film has turned out and our roles have turned out,
00:17am I right?
00:18A girl gets shot in a pub in Delhi.
00:22Nobody stands up for her and all the witnesses turn hostile.
00:27Because the media played such an important role, it kind of shook the judicial system
00:32in the country where they had to think back, look back and reopen the case.
00:37It's a very happy coincidence because Jessica's birthday is on the 5th of Jan and we're releasing
00:43the film on 6th.
00:45So I think it's a very, very good and a happy coincidence, which makes us feel that she's
00:50kind of giving her blessings.
00:52I think what's important is that now we're no longer talking about women-centric films.
00:59It is an entertaining film, it is a gripping film and that's what it should be seen for.
01:05The central protagonists happen to be women, it could have been men, it could have been
01:10anyone else.
01:11Whenever there's a comparison between the kind of work women are doing and the kind
01:15of work men are doing, you'll always see that there is a section that believes that women
01:20do their work with much more sincerity than the men.
01:24Not taking away the credit from men either.
01:26I think it takes a lot of courage for a woman to be where she is in a profession.
01:32Women are leading lives on their own terms and I think there couldn't have been a better
01:36victory as a whole and as individuals.
01:40And I don't even think it's in India, I think around the world.
01:43I would like to make a love triangle between me, Vidya and Kareena.
01:47That would be really interesting.
01:50See, so we're done with talking about men.
01:55Yeah, we're just going to promote women.
01:57Yeah, absolutely.
01:58So it's Kareena, me and Vidya in a movie.
02:01That's the love triangle that hits the theatres next.
02:05I admire Rani's body of work and I admire her as an actor.
02:12So I'm just hoping that she continues to inspire as she has so far.
02:18I think as actors, you know, we go through our shares of learning and experiencing with
02:24each film and I guess, and I hope that Vidya also does the same in her career.
02:31And she has so far with the amount of work that she's done.
02:35She has experience, she has gone through what she has to go through.
02:39And we all obviously come out stronger with the experiences that we go through.
02:45And I think both of us are strong individuals and nothing can really bog us down.
02:52I think if, especially with me, I think if somebody knocks me down, I kind of get up
02:57with a lot more energy and courage to knock the other person down.
03:01I don't really read the papers on a regular basis.
03:06If someone mentions that there's something interesting written, then maybe I browse through.
03:13And I get up early in the morning and check the newspapers and see whether, when I'm getting
03:18married next.
03:20I just check that every day in the morning, because it changes every day and every month.
03:24As long as they invite me for my own wedding, I might get married.
03:29If any country or any city needs a boost in tourism, we'll announce Rani's wedding.
03:36We believe in a film that is No One Killed Jessica.
03:38We made it with a lot of love and we've given it our best shot.
03:43And hope you guys enjoy it.
03:44I hope you get your paisas vasool.
03:47And I think that's what is important.
03:48Basically, the film is important.
03:50Whether we fight, whether we are friends, whether we pretend to be friends, whether
03:54we pretend to fight, that's really not going to make any difference to the box office.
03:59The response to the promos has been phenomenal.
04:03So I'm hoping that that carries forward to the film.
04:07Maybe even betters with the film.
04:11That's all.
04:12That people accept this film with open arms.
