Here is an example of my work as ENG AP during the Premier League Christmas Eve match between Chelsea and Wolves. Instead of a traditional super slow-motion face tease, I ran the tease through a playout suite editor, we added Christmas graphics and a classic Christmas music track. The slower, exaggerated transitions/mixes between shots were a nod to the original music video for the track. This was done quickly under time pressure to enhance the live broadcast and tailor it to the unique nature of the event’s timing.
