00:31efforts to use the legislation to force changes in his signature health care law. The White
00:37House Budget Office told hundreds of thousands of federal workers to be ready to return to
00:41work today. The deal funds the government until January 15th and raises the debt ceiling
00:47until February 7th, so Americans face the possibility of another government shutdown
