01:14So we have to fight the challenges with positive energy.

01:28They know that there are many challenges.

01:31But there are no challenges that we couldn't overcome.

01:39Some of the achievements of the government led us to the international level.

01:47But there is development in some areas.

01:57There must be continuous development in the government.

02:29Now, women are increasing.

02:37And they are learning more.

02:40So the future is important.

02:44Ideas are not only from me.

02:50But most of the ideas are from employees.

02:55And some of the ideas are from reviewers.

02:59And we go to the field and listen.

03:05And we see the ideas.

03:07And there are people who gave us ideas.

03:09And each person has his own opinion.

03:12The military leadership taught us that the leader listens to his soldiers.

03:20Maybe he has a better idea.
