00:00Hi, I'm Alexa Wiley, VP of Creative for Who Would Wear, and today we're shooting

00:11Kaia Gerber for our fall issue.

00:14So when we think about high school, you can think of a lot of different films and inspiration

00:19that come to mind.

00:20This one kind of started with The Heathers, and of course, building on that 90s inspiration,

00:26but also keeping fashion to the forefront.

00:29So for the theme, we really kind of wanted to think about back to school, but also tying

00:35that into how excited we are for a fresh start for fall.

00:38We definitely want this whole shoot to tell a story.

00:40So we have some looks that are a little bit of a nod to a marching band vibe.

00:45This will be executed through a Proenza dress with a marching band hat as a prop and some

00:50cute little Mary Jane shoes.

00:52We also have this sort of bad teacher, maybe a principal moment with this really strong

00:58Prada look with this really beautiful textured leather skirt and blazer set, which is just

01:04a look that everyone was talking about from the fall collection.

01:07We also have a really fun schoolgirl moment with some really fun colored tights.

01:12It also has a cute little knit grittany panty underneath that we're hoping we might get

01:16a little peek of.

01:17We have a nod to a prom moment that we're really excited about.

01:22We have a sort of deconstructed Celine tuxedo with a big bow tie.

01:27We're going to have her in a corsage.

01:29Another sort of prom moment that we're going to have is this Anne de Mulemy stir look.

01:34It's a faux fur shawl with this long, beautiful silky cotton skirt.

01:38Looks incredible on Kaya.

01:40We have another look that we're really excited about, which is a Valentino fall look.

01:45It's a beautiful blue button up and this really stunning micro mini short that's covered in

01:503D rosettes.

01:52We really want to style her a little bit undone, almost like it's a uniform kind of, so the

01:56shirt will be a little frazzled with the tie kind of loose.

02:01So that will be almost like she's maybe just changed out of her P.E. look, kind of stepping

02:05back into her uniform.

02:07I'm just excited to be shooting Kaya.

02:09She represents everything that we're looking for for this season and we're excited to bring

02:14it to life.
