00:11Or one may just say, let me switch on the television or visit the shopping mall.

00:16This happens when one is afraid.

00:18One behaves as if a walk around the park or a new dress or a bout of physical intimacy

00:26will help relieve the situation permanently.

00:29Feeling a little queasy, alright, let's have some sex.

00:33That will put you to sleep.

00:35But then the same cycle will be repeated the next day.

00:39This is when loneliness is not understood.

00:43If you can go to the roots of your own loneliness, then you will not be duped into running after objects.

00:50Then you will not be tempted to give yourself superficial treatments.
