Ahead of Germany’s federal elections, fake news and AI-generated propaganda is multiplying online.

00:21We ran the videos, which were posted by pro-AFD accounts, through multiple AI image detectors.

00:27Although the images themselves do not appear to be AI generated, their audio has been manipulated.
