00:00The Land Transportation Office, or LTO, has distributed more than 1,200 license plates to tricycle drivers and operators in Marikina City.

00:14The Land Transportation Office, or LTO, has distributed more than 1,200 license plates to tricycle drivers and operators in Marikina City.

00:22It aims to replace the private license plates currently used by tricycle drivers in Pamamasada.

00:28More than 1,200 license plates were distributed by the LTO in the first batch of distribution.

00:34It is expected that the next batch will be distributed as well.

00:37Based on the request of the LTO, we collected all the license plates of Marikina drivers and brought them here

00:47so that they won't have to worry about going to the LTO.

00:53The LTO's target is to finish distributing the license plates of tricycle drivers as soon as possible.

00:59Maybe within the next six months, we will be able to replace all the license plates used here in Marikina.

01:07There are 6,000 registered tricycle for hire in Marikina.

01:16As part of this program, Marikina LGU has established a health card for tricycle drivers.

01:22This is to ensure the health and safety of the workers in this sector.

01:30Meanwhile, the distribution of license plates for tricycle drivers in other parts of the country will also be done.

01:36The motorcycle rider who crossed the EDSA busway and jumped from a Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation

01:46or SAIC enforcer in EDSA Ortigas Northbound was found guilty.

01:50He was identified as Ino De Luta.

01:52Again, the EDSA busway was designated as exclusive for passenger buses and emergency vehicles.
