00:00Through implementation of different measures such as expedited registration and business permit processing,

00:05President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr.'s administration aims to accelerate economic growth by attracting more investors,

00:12particularly foreign investors. During the ease of doing business briefing attended by various sector representatives,

00:18the anti-red tape authority, or ARTA, said that the government is expanding digital systems nationwide with an emphasis on

00:26digitalization in the anti-red tape campaign.

00:28ARTA said that since the central business portal was implemented, it has facilitated the business operations of

00:3659,095 corporations and

00:3916,257 sole proprietors.

00:41The agency further emphasized that portal's complaint system has resolved and addressed many red tape issues.

00:59In public-private collaboration,

01:02ARTA is breaking

01:04long-standing bureaucratic barriers and

01:08building a more responsive and

01:11patient government.
