00:00The Armed Forces of the Philippines, or AFP, highlighted the significance of the 2025 Balikatan exercises

00:06with over 14,000 troops from the Philippines, U.S., Japan, Australia, Canada, the U.K., as well as 19 observers.

00:14Brigadier General Michael Lohiko stated the exercises are aimed at strengthening defense capabilities,

00:20especially in maritime areas like northern Luzon, Batanes, Palawan, and the western waters.

00:26The integration of systems like Brahmos and Nemesis will enhance the country's defensive reach.
