00:00Boots on the PITX, the DOTR inspected it, it is still a part of the safe travel of our countrymen.

00:11Among the witnesses, Bernard Ferrer is in the center of the news for the expired register and the wheels of the car.

00:21Paula was on her way home from her night shift when she was suddenly pulled down from the bus with other passengers.

00:28The bus that traveled to Muntinlupa was not allowed to travel after the authorities saw their serious violation,

00:36including the broken wheels, broken wipers, and expired register.

00:41For safety, it's okay, but I hope we were informed a little early because we've been sitting there for a long time.

00:50Because of this, the DOTR Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation will recommend

00:55to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board to issue a show-cause order against the said bus operator.

01:03Under the more strict inspection of the PITX, all city and provincial buses that travel to Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange were inspected.

01:12Included in the inspection are important documents such as registration and franchise,

01:18as well as the physical condition of the vehicles, from the wheels, lights, horn, fire extinguisher,

01:24to the early warning device that is important in avoiding accidents.

01:28This is the continuation of the inspection of the roadworthiness of our public buses.

01:35We need to make sure that our citizens' vehicles are safe, such as these buses.

01:43In total, 3 out of 20 buses were given a violation ticket and were not allowed to travel.

01:49The bus drivers and operators were again called to verify the roadworthiness of their vehicles.

01:55According to the agency, being responsible for maintaining the proper condition of public vehicles

02:02is the duty of the passengers and other drivers.
