00:00The Land Transportation Office will help to ensure the proper and fast delivery of rice to the country.

00:07This is also in the middle of the national food security emergency on rice.

00:12According to LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Viggor Mendoza II,

00:17their agency will take care of the people who will escort the cargo trucks

00:22that will deliver rice from the point of origin to their point of destination.
