00:17The DOTR-SAIC conducted a roadworthiness check on public utility buses here in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange of PITX
00:30to ensure the safety of passengers.
00:35As part of the authorities' investigation, the important documents of the buses,
00:40particularly the registration and franchise,
00:43as well as the condition of the wheels, lights, fire extinguisher, and early warning device
00:49that is important in avoiding accidents.
00:52All city and provincial buses that travel on the PITX will be under the DOTR-SAIC.
01:00A bus was found with broken wheels and a lack of documents,
01:05even though it was not allowed to travel to Alabang, Montinlupa.
01:09Because of this, a lot of passengers were affected, especially those who entered the workplace.
01:14The DOTR-SAIC will recommend to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board
01:19to issue a show-cause order against the bus.
