00:00A former official of the DILG, Dismissed Bambantarlak Mayor Alice Guo, investigated the case of graft in the Valenzuela Regional Trial Court.
00:09Former Interior Undersecretary Juan Victor Llamas said that Guo should not have given the business permit of ZUNYuan Technology because the requirements were not met.
00:19Through Guo's camp, ZUNYuan undertook the Affidavit of Undertaking.
00:23As a recognition that they are still lacking in the requirements, but they have substantial compliance.
00:29Llamas also said that Guo should have returned the permit of the so-called Pogo ng Lobas to the various disputes.
00:36Guo did not attend the hearing in Valenzuela RTC because he attended the hearing of another case of Qualified Human Trafficking in the Pasig Regional Trial Court.
00:46On November 8, 2024, Guo filed a not guilty plea in the graft case.
