00:21For instance, the digital transformation program has revolutionized taxpayer services.

00:28The Online Registration and Update System, or ORUS, is a game changer.

00:34This streamlined book registration updated employee information and process transfers

00:41much more quickly while documents were released promptly.

00:46What this means is tax compliance is now more convenient for businesses, allowing them to

00:52focus on their businesses' growth and their productivity.

00:56That is the modernization we aim for in a tax system that truly serves the people.

01:03Furthermore, the implementation of digital TIN IDs has improved security and convenience

01:09for taxpayers.

01:10This allows taxpayers to access a valid ID from anywhere.

01:15This means less physical visits and paperwork for our taxpayers.

01:20The electronic one-time transaction system has made processing and issuing electronic

01:25certificate authorizing registration easier.

01:29This results in less hassle, faster approvals, and a more seamless experience for our taxpayers.

01:36And this means that our people can use their precious time to do other endeavors and be

01:41more productive elsewhere.

01:44Ladies and gentlemen, as we observe the National Tax Awareness Month this February, we are

01:51here to be reminded that every honest contribution fuels something far more significant than

01:57just ourselves.

01:59And I say this with hope and with sternness, hope that we all see the value in contributing

02:05to our country and that the law will deal sternly against those who exploit the system

02:10unfairly.
