00:00And when you saw those pictures yourself, as a Palestinian, what went through your mind

00:04when you saw people returning to total devastation?

00:08Well, of course, you know, we are saddened and we are shocked, we are baffled to see

00:16the remnants, you know, of this destruction in itself.

00:21You know, for us, it made us believe that we are a people that believe in resurrection.

00:28And I think the Gazans are going to resurrect and overcome all these hurdles and all these

00:34calamities that they have faced in terms of destruction, in terms of killing, in terms

00:39of maiming and what have you.

00:42And I think the determination of the Gazan people themselves, along with the support

00:47of all the Palestinians and the West Bank and what have you, is to encourage them morally

00:53to stay and to meet the other hurdles of mother nature and the dire conditions that

00:58they are going to live for maybe several years to come until Gaza will be rebuilt and what
