00:12But according to a group of truckers, they don't need it anymore because it's traffic.

02:03We also have an e-truck that monitors the cost.

02:08The purpose of that is just to monitor the speed so that it won't be a problem.

02:16They have a meeting with the DOTR in February and it's possible that this will be discussed.

02:21We think that it's another burden for the truckers.
